Keeping things moving
Building internal processes, coordinating priorities and helping make sure the company can execute consistently.
CO-FOUNDER + COO / CFO
Helping turn FANIME™ from a bold idea into a real company - leading operations, finance, business structure, partnerships and the execution that keeps the vision moving forward.

I'm Sajida Ahmed, co-founder and COO/CFO of FANIME™. My role is focused on the operational and business side of the company - helping make sure the vision can actually function, grow and move forward.
I work across operations, finance, business structure, partnerships and execution, helping translate big ideas into plans, systems and decisions that FANIME can build on.
My perspective comes from thinking not only about what FANIME can become creatively, but also what it needs behind the scenes to become a sustainable company.
Building FANIME means creating the systems, relationships and business structure that can support everything happening on the product and community side.
Building internal processes, coordinating priorities and helping make sure the company can execute consistently.
Supporting budgeting, financial planning, business decisions and the financial structure needed for FANIME to grow.
Helping shape the business side of FANIME, from operations and agreements to how the company approaches growth.
Supporting partnerships, sponsorships and business relationships that expand the FANIME ecosystem.
Helping translate ideas into timelines, responsibilities, decisions and next steps.
Looking beyond the immediate launch and helping position FANIME for sustainable growth as a company and platform.
One of the things I bring to FANIME is an entrepreneurial perspective. Building a company requires more than having a strong concept - it requires understanding how to operate, make decisions and build something that can last.
That means thinking about budgets, partnerships, agreements, revenue, operations, risk, timelines and the systems that support growth.
My role is often about making sure the exciting ideas we have can actually be executed responsibly and turned into something sustainable.
FANIME has always had the potential to be more than a single-purpose app. The larger opportunity is creating an ecosystem where fans can connect, participate, create, discover, shop and experience fandom in more than one way.
That kind of vision requires both product innovation and strong operations behind it.
My focus is helping make sure FANIME has the business foundation to keep expanding that vision over time.
FANIME is being built by people who genuinely enjoy the culture we're creating for.
The number one.
Favorite male character. No further explanation needed.
Because apparently running one business wasn't enough.
FANIME has required constant problem solving behind the scenes - from finances and operations to contracts, events, partnerships and decisions about how the company should grow.
My role has been helping create structure around that growth while still leaving room for the company to evolve quickly.
There's a lot of work people never see when they use an app or attend an event. That invisible infrastructure is a huge part of what I help build.
“A big idea only becomes real when you build the structure that allows it to keep moving.”
